Working with Coach Rhea has been the best coaching experience in my life, and I did coaching with various types of coaches, she is such a wonderful person to meet and a very skilled coach and so keen on helping others transforming their lives. When I worked with her I was trying to lose weight and feeling conflicted between eating healthy and enjoying junk food and feeling guilty about it and let me tell you the conflict really showed on the scale. By the end of the session with Rhea I was feeling so relaxed about the issue and the guilt went away, there was no conflict anymore I could finally see how easy it is to actually eat healthy and still go for pizza and cheesecake right after. Within 2 days I went on the scale and ta-da 1lb less and there is still more and more pounds to drop but I do not feel pressure pursuing my health goals anymore. If you are reading this, whatever it is you want to work on, consider working with Coach Rhea, go for it, you will enjoy every minute of it, just like I did.
